    3). Fill in your name & details to set up your account.
Under the "Advertisement Setup" section on our form,     BE SURE TO USE THIS FORMAT ONLY:
In the "TITLE" space, list the city that the home for sale is in.
In the "AD TEXT" space: list all important home details plus your contact information (phone number, email, etc.).
DO NOT USE THE SPACE WHERE IT SAYS "URL" - LEAVE THIS BLANK.
DO NOT USE ANY HTML IN YOUR AD, IT WILL NOT SHOW UP.

ANY home listings NOT following the above format will be changed/modified or denied.
We do reserve the right to refuse and/or remove any ad for any reason, as we see fit.
We DO NOT send out notices when your ad is placed, starts to run, or ends on this page. It is YOUR responsibility to check these details.
